Marvel’s Spider-Man: for the swinging

GamesRadar compared ANANTA’s traversal to Marvel’s Spider-Man after playing the Tokyo Game Show 2025 demo (swinging). Insomniac Games built its open-world Manhattan around web-swinging, with combat that chains strikes, dodges and gadgets. Sony Interactive Entertainment released it on PS4 in 2018, as Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered on PS5 in 2020 and on PC in 2022. It is a paid game.

Sleeping Dogs: martial arts in an open city

United Front Games set its open world in contemporary Hong Kong, where undercover police officer Wei Shen infiltrates a triad.
