Shi Ye’s official bio describes her as the Captain’s childhood friend who always pulls some new gadget out of her pocket. She can’t make everything possible, it says, but without her a lot of things wouldn’t happen at all.
On the site her section is paired with Mingpu District in Lingyun. Pocket Tactics notes that she is a newer addition to the cast and features heavily in the Gamescom 2026 trailer. One official gallery shot shows her riding a motorbike through the air next to the Captain.

The Captain is the main character of ANANTA and the new captain of the ACD, a task force that is falling apart. The hero comes from Chongxiao, arrives in Nova City and has to rebuild the team while becoming famous online. Male and female versions are confirmed for launch.
Mingpu District sits by the river in Lingyun. Glass towers stand next to low brick houses there, and the historic Lingjing Supervisory Agency neighbors tech companies. Zenith Tower rises above the district.
Lingyun is a city inside Chongxiao modeled on Shanghai and Hangzhou, where the developers live and work. Mingpu District and Weilan Lake belong to it.
