Official ANANTA channels: accounts, store pages and how to spot fakes

ANANTA’s official channels are the ones NetEase links from its own sites: anantagame.com for the global game and ananta.163.com for China. From there you reach the official accounts on X, YouTube, Discord, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Reddit, and the game’s pages on Steam, the PlayStation Store, the App Store, Google Play and TapTap. Anything those sites don’t link to, from a beta key seller to an early APK, isn’t on NetEase’s list.

Official websites

The global site is anantagame.com, with Japanese, Korean and Traditional Chinese versions; official news is posted at anantagame.com/news. The site for China, where the game is called 无限大, is ananta.163.com. NetEase’s press releases go out through neteasegames.com and GamesPress, and the August 2026 release lists the same English accounts as the site (fact in the registry).

Official social accounts

The official site links these accounts in its footer, with a set for each language version:

• X: @Ananta_EN (global), @Ananta_JP and @Ananta_KOR.
• YouTube: @Ananta_Game (global), @Ananta_JPN, @Ananta_KOR and @ananta_cht for Traditional Chinese.
• Discord: discord.gg/ananta, the Ananta Official server linked from the English and Korean versions, discord.gg/ananta-jp for Japanese and a separate Traditional Chinese server (discord.gg/KedJu9DWay). Discord marks the global and Japanese servers as verified.
• TikTok: @ananta_en, @ananta_jp and @ananta_kor.
• Instagram: @ananta.global, @ananta.jp and @ananta__cht.
• Facebook: facebook.com/ananta.en (global) and facebook.com/ananta.cht (Traditional Chinese).
• Reddit: r/AnantaOfficial.

For China, ananta.163.com links Bilibili, Weibo, Douyin, Kuaishou, Xiaohongshu, NetEase Dashen, Baidu Tieba, NetEase Cloud Music, a QQ group and WeChat (ANANTA in China).

An account that isn’t on these lists isn’t official, whatever its name or avatar says. Compare the handle letter by letter before you follow a link or reply to a message.

Official store pages

These are the store pages the official site links to, with the publisher name each store shows:

• Steam: app 4814120, developer Naked Rain Studio, publisher NetEase Games.
• PlayStation Store: concept 10009022, publisher NETEASE INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT PTE.LTD.
• App Store: ANANTA, id6776533126, seller NETEASE INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD.
• Google Play: com.netease.anantana, developer Exptional Global (EXPTIONAL PTE. LTD., Singapore), the account that also publishes NetEase’s Once Human and Where Winds Meet (fact in the registry).
• Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau: 無限大 on the App Store and Google Play, published by Heart Core Entertainment (H.K.) Co., Limited (fact in the registry).
• China: 无限大 in the Chinese App Store (Hangzhou NetEase Leihuo Technology) and on TapTap. The Chinese site also links the game’s pages in the Android stores 4399 and Haoyou Kuaibao.

The Traditional Chinese listings are the easiest to mistake for fakes, because the publisher isn’t called NetEase. They are official: the Traditional Chinese version of anantagame.com links to them, and its footer carries the Heart Core logo.

Support addresses

• Steam lists service@anantagame.com as the support email.
• Google Play lists global@anantagame.com, which the official site also gives for partnership requests, and support@global.netease.com as the developer’s contact.
• The Traditional Chinese Google Play listing gives cs@heartcore.world.

We found no other support addresses on the official site or on the global store pages, so treat “ANANTA support” emails from other domains with suspicion.

How to spot a fake

• Another app called Ananta. Several App Store apps carry the word in their names; in India, for example, Ananta is a milk and grocery delivery service from Folloc Technologies. The game is called ANANTA, its seller is NetEase Interactive Entertainment, and its ID is 6776533126.
• A different developer on Google Play. Outside China there are two official Android listings: com.netease.anantana from Exptional Global and the Traditional Chinese one from Heart Core Entertainment.
• Beta keys and early-access codes. NetEase hasn’t announced a public beta (fact in the registry), and Tian Yu of the development team told GAME Watch that past tests were confidential (fact in the registry). A key sold or given away online isn’t tied to any announced test; past tests are covered in ANANTA beta tests.
• APK files. Outside China, the official site sends Android players only to Google Play, where ANANTA can be pre-registered until it launches on January 15, 2027; the site has no APK download of its own. An “ANANTA APK” on a file site before launch isn’t anything NetEase links to.
• Paid pre-registration. Pre-registration is free on the official site and in the stores (how to pre-register); a site that charges for it isn’t one of them.

Giveaways: what NetEase tells winners

On September 15, 2026 the official site announced 100 winners of the Launch Date Trailer repost giveaway, who get digital Amazon gift cards (fact in the registry). The rules show how a real giveaway works: winners are contacted only by direct message from @Ananta_EN, give an email address and region, and wait about 30 business days. NetEase warns about impersonators and says ANANTA won’t ask winners for a payment or for PayPal or bank account details.

Our advice: treat any message that asks you to pay a fee or enter card details to claim an ANANTA prize as a scam, whoever it claims to be from. As of October 28, 2026, the giveaway results are the latest post in the official news.
