NetEase promises that you can reach anything you can see. The 2025 press release splits city spaces into three vertical layers, rooftops, mid-levels and ground floors, with indoor and outdoor areas. Some characters move in their own way: Taffy, for instance, rides her hammer.

Swinging is ANANTA’s signature way to move: grappling and swinging between skyscrapers, much like Marvel’s Spider-Man. It is part of a traversal system that needs no stamina.
Transport in ANANTA covers cars, motorcycles, helicopters, yachts, the subway and hang gliders on NetEase’s list, and press previews add skateboards and flying cars. Buses and taxis carry you around the city too.
