Wei Yinglong is a young woman from Longqi Village who introduces herself as Lingyun’s 21st Director. She runs the village temple, keeps her troublemaking sister in check and won’t let anyone bully the temple’s residents.

The official bio calls Yinglong a woman of many roles. Running the temple is one; the bigger job is stopping her sister from causing trouble all over town. Villagers call her the leader of the temple kids and the queen of Longqi.
In the Chinese version of the bio her protection extends to the Chaos living at the temple, too. What “Lingyun’s 21st Director” means in the story, NetEase hasn’t explained. On the site her section is paired with Longqi Village.

Longqi is a tea village of white walls and black-tiled roofs that keeps Chongxiao’s old customs. Wei Yinglong runs its temple, and the official site promises a warm welcome from both people and Chaos.
Tie Shan is a martial artist from Longqi Village who teaches that all methods are found in everyday movement and that training makes you stronger. The official gallery shows him sparring with the Captain.
Lingyun is a city inside Chongxiao modeled on Shanghai and Hangzhou, where the developers live and work. Mingpu District and Weilan Lake belong to it.
Chongxiao is the second big map of ANANTA, revealed at Gamescom 2026, and the Captain’s home. It contains the city of Lingyun and, according to producer Ash Qi, is noticeably larger than Nova City.
