The official site lists Victor among the faces of Downtown, and the gallery caption calls him a masked citizen. His line: he’ll cheer for you no matter what. NetEase hasn’t said whether he gives quests or joins the team.

Downtown is the central district of Nova City and a local favorite, according to the official site. It has a place for every visitor, and the crowds all chase the same big screens, pricey shops and trendy bands.
Nova City is the first city of ANANTA and the place where the story begins: a coastal metropolis with a lively, sometimes chaotic entertainment culture. It was the first map the team built.
