Leonas Group appears on the in-game page of Aerie Bank on the official site. The bank names it first among the enterprises whose core operations it has long backed with credit and capital, ahead of Saturn Entertainment, Nova City Energy and Pinnacle Construction, and gives the partnership a card of its own. That support covers real estate, pharmaceuticals and the settlement of overseas projects.
The bank’s chairman is Lily Leonas, heir to the Leonas family business. According to the page, she took over young and turned the bank from a traditional family business into a modern financial institution.
The page’s hacked layer tells another story. Aerie Bank hides assets and moves money offshore for core members of Leonas Enterprises, it says, and Leonas Enterprises used the bank to lift companies to the top and seize control of Nova City’s industrial lifeline. In Chinese the group is 莱昂内斯集团, and the hacked text’s Leonas Enterprises is 莱昂内斯财团, a financial consortium. NetEase hasn’t shown the group outside the bank’s page.
